The Lviv community has reclaimed nearly 10 million UAH from tenant debtors thanks to court rulings. Lawyers from the Department of Natural Resources and Construction won two cases concerning the debts of legal entities for the lease of municipal land.
The first case involves the LLC Production and Transport Enterprise ‘Bodex’, which leased a plot on Kulparkivska Street, 230a. From the beginning of 2023 to the beginning of 2025, the enterprise owed the community nearly 8.2 million UAH. The Commercial Court upheld the city’s claim, finding that the tenant had repeatedly breached the contract terms.
The second case concerns unjustly retained funds for the use of a land plot from October 2023 to October 2024. The Western Appellate Commercial Court ordered LLC ‘Lviv Experimental Factory’ and LLC ‘Lviv Glass, Ceramics and Sculpture Factory’ to pay nearly 1.6 million UAH to the city council.
