At the request of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, the court imposed a custodial measure of restraint on a Lviv blogger suspected of disseminating information about the location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (part 2 of Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
This was the measure of restraint requested by prosecutors. Following the court hearing, the motion was granted in full. The decision is valid until 30 November 2024 inclusive.
