The Court of Appeal in Lviv has upheld the decision of the court of first instance, which obliged a local property developer to reimburse more than UAH 7.6 million in unjustifiably retained infrastructure contribution funds. The case was considered under the representation of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
