Indictment Against Sheptytskyi Resident for Neighbor’s Murder
Prosecutors from the Sheptytskyi District Prosecutor’s Office have forwarded an indictment to court against a 46-year-old local resident on charges of inflicting grievous bodily harm resulting in the victim’s death (Part 2 of Article 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Investigation established that in mid-January of this year, the accused beat his neighbor to death.
