In Busk, patrol officers detained a 40-year-old resident of Zolochiv who violated traffic regulations.
According to the investigation, he crossed the solid line while intoxicated. During the stop, the man threw a grenade and a detonator onto the roadside. An investigative team was called to the scene.
The man was detained under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. His actions are qualified under part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – illegal acquisition and possession of ammunition.
The pre-trial investigation is conducted by the Zolochiv District Police Department. A series of examinations have been appointed for further investigation.
