Prosecutors of the Halytskyi District Prosecutor’s Office in Lviv have submitted to the court the case of a 22-year-old woman involved in the sale of illegal substances.
The investigation established that in September this year, a resident of Poltava region organized a scheme for distributing amphetamines, mephedrone, and cannabis in Lviv. The woman purchased the product through Telegram and distributed it to drug addicts. Orders were received in the messenger, and payments were made to a cryptocurrency wallet.
For concealment, she frequently changed her place of residence and involved her 5-year-old daughter in handling parcels at postal lockers. The little girl unknowingly helped her mother arrange stashes in parks. Law enforcement officers detained the woman during one of such outings.
*The accused is charged with procurement, storage, and illegal distribution of narcotic substances* (part 3 of article 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). A substantial amount of evidence of illegal activity was seized during the searches.
