A road traffic accident occurred in the Lviv district, resulting in the injury of a motorcyclist.
The accident took place on June 5 at around 18:00 in the village of Chyshky. According to preliminary data, a collision occurred between a Ford Focus, driven by a 36-year-old woman from Lviv, and a Spark motorcycle, operated by a 23-year-old district resident. As a result of the accident, the motorcyclist sustained bodily injuries and was hospitalized in the intensive care unit.
Investigators from Police Department No. 3 of Lviv District Police Department No. 2 have opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for **restriction of liberty** for up to three years with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for the same period. Law enforcement officers are determining the circumstances of the incident.
