At the Uhryniv-Dolhobychiv checkpoint, customs officers discovered 27.6 kg of drugs.
Lviv customs officers, together with border guards, found 27.6 kg of psychotropic substances in a car. During the inspection of a Renault Scenic car, driven by a 34-year-old Ukrainian woman returning from Poland, 5 packages of cocaine weighing 6.454 kg, 20 packages of PVP salt weighing 20.587 kg, and 584 grams of MDMA amphetamine were found.
**Psychotropic substances** were hidden in secret compartments under the car’s underbody. The estimated value of the seized substances is 42 million UAH. A protocol regarding the violation of customs regulations has been drawn up against the citizen, according to Part 1 of Article 483 of the Customs Code of Ukraine.
A report regarding this incident, which contains elements of a crime described in Article 305 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, has also been sent to the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) in the Lviv region.
