The Yavoriv District Prosecutor’s Office ensured the actual enforcement of the decision of the Economic Court of Lviv Oblast to restore the community’s right to a water fund land plot.
The land in question is a plot of more than 22 hectares located on the territory of the Yavoriv territorial community. The latter has three ponds with a total area of more than 16 hectares.
It was established that the company leased the water body for fishing activities. Subsequently, in violation of the contract, the company systematically failed to pay rent for the use of the water body.
As a result, the local budget did not receive a significant amount of money.
In response to the violation, the prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit with the Commercial Court, which was fully satisfied.
As of today, the court’s decision has been enforced, information on the termination of the lease agreement has been entered into the State Register of Real Property Rights, and the land plots have been returned to municipal ownership.
