With the participation of the prosecutors of the Zolochiv district prosecutor’s office, the court granted the request to turn the seized property into state income. 4 trucks with a total value of over UAH 4 million will be transferred to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Prosecutors carry out procedural guidance in criminal proceedings based on the fact of forgery or replacement of components and aggregates of vehicles (Article 290 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). It was established that on the territory of one of the enterprises of the Lviv region, there were trucks belonging to a number of enterprises of the Republic of Belarus, without license plates and with a violation of the terms of permitted stay.
