Across the territory of Lviv region, an extreme fire danger of the 5th class is expected until the end of 23 June and throughout 24 June. This was reported by the Lviv Regional Centre for Hydrometeorology of Ukraine.
Residents of the region are urged to be especially careful with fire in forests, fields and near residential buildings, in order to prevent outbreaks.
Experts remind that even a small spark can cause a large-scale fire in prolonged dry weather conditions.
