A tragic road accident occurred in the Lviv region, resulting in the deaths of two people.
The accident happened on August 6 around 22:40 in the village of Drohomyshl, Yavoriv district. According to preliminary data, “the driver of a Kawasaki motorcycle, a 23-year-old resident of the district, struck two residents of the Yavoriv district aged 32 and 35”, law enforcement officials report.
As a result of the crash, the motorcycle driver and the 32-year-old pedestrian died at the scene. The other pedestrian did not sustain any injuries. A criminal case has been initiated under Part 2 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The police continue to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
