A 29-year-old resident of Vynnyky will be tried in Lviv region for attempted murder of three individuals.
The incident occurred on April 19 at a recreational facility in one of the villages of the Lviv district. The accused, under the influence of narcotics, fired a traumatic weapon at visitors, hitting three individuals. “Gunshot wounds to the chest and abdominal cavity were sustained by a 45-year-old female resident of the Lviv district and a 51-year-old male resident of Lviv, while a third victim had his clothing damaged by a bullet”, law enforcement reports.
Psilocybin mushrooms, a psychotropic substance, were found in the room of the accused. The pre-trial investigation is complete, and the indictment has been submitted to the court. The maximum penalty is up to fifteen years of imprisonment or life imprisonment.
