The wrongdoer was identified by the investigators from the general criminal investigation department in collaboration with the Security Service of Ukraine in the Lviv region under the procedural guidance of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Lviv Region.
The pre-trial investigation has been completed, and the indictment has been forwarded to the court. The accused faces a sentence of up to twelve years in prison, along with a three-year ban on holding certain posts, and asset confiscation.
