Organizers of Illegal Transference of Conscripts Across the Border to Face Trial
It has been established that residents of the Zakarpattia region, aged 23 and 39, organized illegal crossing of the state border for conscription-aged men outside of official crossing points during martial law.
The offenders charged their ‘clients’ 15 thousand dollars for their ‘services’.

Pre-trial Investigation Concluded
The pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings initiated under Part 3 of Article 332 (Illegal Transference of Persons Across the State Border of Ukraine) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine has concluded. The indictment has been sent to court.
The article’s sanction provides for a sentence of imprisonment for a term of seven to nine years, with the disqualification from holding certain positions or engaging in certain activities for up to three years and the confiscation of property.
Uncovering the Offenders
The offenders were uncovered by operatives of the Migration Police Department in the Lviv region, in collaboration with investigators from the Crime Investigation Department of the Lviv Police Investigative Unit, operatives from the 7th Border Carpathian Detachment and the Western Regional Department of the State Border Service, under the procedural guidance of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
