Police officers of Lviv region together with employees of other law enforcement agencies, National Guardsmen, territorial defense fighters and representatives of public formations continue to patrol the streets of Lviv and other settlements of the region, serve at checkpoints.
As in previous days, joint measures are being taken in Lviv and the region to counter military threats, prevent looting and so on. Every day, a significant number of forced refugees from other regions of Ukraine arrive in the Lviv region, where intensive hostilities are taking place – here they receive assistance. Citizens’ documents and vehicles are checked at checkpoints.
The operators of the 102 service work in an enhanced mode, receiving round-the-clock reports of suspects, cars, detected signs, beacons and signals, dangerous or suspicious items, as well as various offenses. Over the past day, the police received about 1,700 such reports – all of them processed.
