The traffic accident happened on April 24 in the village of Kholodnovidka, Lviv district
As previously established by the law enforcement officers, a Renault Megan car, driven by a 31-year-old Lviv resident, and a Volkswagen Crafter minibus, driven by a 47-year-old resident of Lviv, collided.
As a result of the accident, the Renault driver and his two passengers aged 33 and 34 were injured and taken to the hospital.
According to the fact, investigators of police department No. 3 of Lviv district police department No. 2 opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The maximum penalty provided by the sanction of the article is restriction of liberty for a term of up to three years, with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a term of up to three years.
An investigation is underway, law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the incident.
