In the Lviv region, a BMW 430 driver who was breaking traffic rules was identified from a video posted on social media. The car’s passengers were chaotically positioned in the rear part of the vehicle.
During the check, it emerged that the driver was a 22-year-old foreign national who had never obtained a driving licence. The incident was dealt with in accordance with current legislation.
Law enforcement officers also identified the owner of the car and held him liable for allowing a person without a driving licence to drive the vehicle.
