Scheme of Embezzling Funds for Substation Repair Uncovered in Lviv Region

In the Lviv region, during martial law, a scheme of illegal embezzlement of budget funds allocated for the repair of autotransformers at one of the substations in the area was uncovered. These transformers were damaged as a result of enemy shelling.
