Across the territory of the Lviv region, 12 road traffic accidents involving casualties were recorded over a 24-hour period. As a result of these collisions, 17 people were injured and one person was killed.
Drivers are reminded of the need to choose a safe speed, pay close attention to the road situation and carry out manoeuvres only when it is safe to do so. They are also urged to look after their own safety and always use seat belts.
