In Lviv region, 170 drivers under the influence were detected in one week.
Just last week in the Lviv region, police detected and held accountable 170 drivers who were driving under the influence. Each of them endangered road safety.
We remind you of the responsibility for driving a vehicle under the influence:
- for committing the offense for the first time: a fine of 17,000 UAH with a one-year driving ban;
- repeatedly within a year: a fine of 34,000 UAH with a three-year driving ban;
- twice within a year: a fine of 51,000 UAH with a ten-year driving ban including vehicle confiscation;
- consumption of alcohol, drugs, etc., after a traffic accident: a fine of 34,000 UAH or administrative arrest for 15 days with a three-year driving ban.
