A developer in the Lviv region will reimburse the unpaid share contribution for infrastructure development to the local budget. This was reported by the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
The agency notes that following prosecutorial intervention, the developer agreed to compensate the amount previously unpaid as a mandatory share contribution during the construction process.
The Prosecutor’s Office emphasises that such measures are aimed at replenishing community budgets and ensuring appropriate funding for infrastructure facilities associated with new developments.
