In the village of Shklo in the Yavoriv district, three 15-year-old girls were injured in a road traffic incident. The incident occurred today, 7 November, at around 19:50 on Sahaydachnoho Street.
According to preliminary information, a VAZ-2101 driven by a 66-year-old resident of Novoyavorivsk mounted the pavement and struck three underage pedestrians – local residents, all aged 15.
As a result of the collision, the girls sustained bodily injuries and were taken to hospital, where doctors are clarifying their diagnoses.
A response and investigation team from the Yavoriv district police department and investigators from the transport crime investigation unit of the Lviv region police are working at the scene. Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the crash, after which the incident will be given a legal classification.
