Across the territory of the Lviv region, over the past 24 hours firefighters have extinguished 13 fires, three of them in natural ecosystems.
While tackling the fires, emergency workers managed to prevent one building from being destroyed by the flames. According to official information, none of the people involved were injured.
Rescuers emphasise that a significant proportion of fires are caused by human carelessness. Observing basic fire safety rules helps to protect lives, health and property.
