In Lviv region over the past 24 hours, firefighters have extinguished 11 fires, including a fire in the ecosystem. During the extinguishing of one of them, emergency workers rescued a person.
Firefighters are urging residents of the region to follow fire safety rules: do not leave electrical appliances switched on and unattended, do not overload the power grid, handle open flames with care and do not burn dry vegetation.
The State Emergency Service emphasises that complying with basic safety requirements helps to protect life, health and property.
