Over the past 24 hours, 14 fires have been recorded in Lviv Region, one of which broke out in an ecosystem. Thanks to the swift actions of firefighters, 2 people were rescued and 5 buildings were saved from being destroyed by fire.
Firefighters are urging residents of the region to exercise caution with open flames, not to leave electrical appliances unattended and to strictly observe fire safety rules. It is emphasised that even a small ignition can quickly escalate into a large-scale fire.
