In Lviv region, over the past 24 hours, State Emergency Service units have extinguished 9 fires, including one in a natural ecosystem. Thanks to the swift and well-coordinated actions of the firefighters, three buildings were saved from being destroyed by fire.
Rescuers are urging residents of the region to strictly observe fire safety rules: do not burn dry vegetation, do not leave open flames unattended, and be careful when using electrical appliances.
The State Emergency Service emphasises that following basic safety requirements helps to protect lives, health and property. In the event of an emergency, you should call 101.
