Over the past day in the territory of the Lviv region, firefighters extinguished 45 fires, most of which occurred in ecosystems. Thanks to their actions, they managed to prevent the destruction by fire of 8 buildings.
According to emergency services, human carelessness remains the most common cause of fires. Residents of the region are urged not to burn dry grass and to strictly follow fire safety rules.
Firefighters emphasise that preventing fires from breaking out is much easier than dealing with their consequences.
