In Lviv region over the past 24 hours there have been 8 road traffic accidents involving casualties. As a result of these collisions, 11 people were injured and one person was killed.
The police remind all road users of the need to comply strictly with safety rules: choose a safe speed and distance, do not allow yourself to be distracted from driving, and remember that it is forbidden to drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Law enforcement officers emphasise that every road user bears responsibility for safety on the road, and urge people to take care of themselves and show respect for other drivers and pedestrians.
