The commercial court of the Lviv region satisfied the claim of the Drogobytsk district prosecutor’s office against a private enterprise for the return of an arbitrarily occupied land plot worth UAH 39 million.
It was established that the farm without legal documents arbitrarily used agricultural land with a total area of more than 12 hectares, sowing it with grain crops. At the same time, without concluding lease agreements and without paying rent for the use of the land plot.
The court obliged the defendant to return the plot to the disposal of the Turkiv United Territorial Community.
