The traffic accident happened on July 18 around 2:00 p.m. on the Lviv bypass road within the village of Ryasna-Ruska.
As previously established by law enforcement officers, a Citroen car driven by a 60-year-old resident of Lviv and a Kawasaki motorcycle driven by a 36-year-old Lviv resident collided. As a result of the collision, the motorcyclist and his passenger, a 23-year-old resident of Bryukhovychy, were injured and taken to the hospital.
According to the fact, the investigators of the police department No. 1 of the Lviv district police department No. 2 opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The maximum penalty provided by the sanction of the article is restriction of liberty for a term of up to three years, with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a term of up to three years.
