84 Hectares of Pastureland Returned to the Community in Peremyshliany

In the Peremyshliany community, the right to 84 hectares of pastureland has been reinstated thanks to the actions of the prosecution. The land was being misused: instead of pastures, it was planted with agricultural crops.

The company that leased the plots was violating the law, as these plots are designated solely for grazing livestock and haymaking. The identified violations prompted the intervention of the Pustomyty District Prosecution Office, which demanded the cancellation of the lease agreements.

Initially, the prosecution defended its position in the first instance, and then on appeal. Ultimately, the plots were returned to the Peremyshliany Territorial Community.
