Sambir district: professional firefighters together with the local fire brigade eliminated a fire in a residential building
On August 02, at 16:26, rescuers received a report of a fire in the village of Stara Ropa, Sambir district, in a brick residential building.
Rescuers from the 27th State Fire and Rescue Unit of Staryi Sambir, the 57th State Fire and Rescue Post of Dobromyl and the local fire brigade of Stara Sil village were sent to the scene.
When firefighters arrived at the scene, people were trying to extinguish the fire on their own.
The fire was localized at 17:14 and eliminated by rescuers at 17:32.
The fire destroyed the roof and ceiling of the house on the area of 90 square meters, the walls of the attached wooden summer kitchen on the area of 25 square meters.
Two buildings were saved from destruction.
No one was injured in the fires.
The fire was extinguished by 10 rescuers and 3 units of special equipment.
