
In the village of Krasiv in the Stryi district, police officers brought a woman to administrative liability for setting off fireworks despite the ban on the use of pyrotechnics during martial law. This was reported by the Lviv Region Police.
During the night of 7 June, the emergency line 102 received two calls from local residents reporting that unknown individuals were setting off fireworks near one of the recreation areas in Krasiv.
Officers from the response unit of the patrol police of Police Station No. 2 (Mykolaiv) of the Stryi District Police Department were dispatched to the call. After carrying out the necessary measures, law enforcement officers identified the offender as a 38-year-old resident of Kherson region.
An administrative report was drawn up against the woman under Part 1 of Article 182 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences – violation of the requirements of legislative and other regulatory acts on protecting the public from the harmful effects of noise or the rules on observing quiet in populated areas and public places.
