Mykhailo Martynyshyn, who was being sought by officers of the Stryi District Police Department, has been found alive and unharmed.
Earlier, law enforcement reported that the missing person, Mykhailo Martynyshyn, born in 1950, a resident of the village of Dobriany in the Stryi district, was seen on 29 June at around 16:00 near the club in the village of Uhersko, Stryi district, after which he headed off in an unknown direction, presumably across the fields towards home.
The police published a description of the man and called on residents of the Stryi area to help in the search. The search has now been called off as his whereabouts have been established.
