According to the investigation, the military member from the Armed Forces of Ukraine was hiding for a long time in one of the border settlements in the Kovel district. He attempted to evade criminal responsibility. During this period, he actively used social networks to spread anti-Ukrainian and pro-Russian posts.

Under the procedural guidance of the Volyn Specialized Prosecution in the field of defense of the Western region, he was informed of suspicion and a preventive measure was selected.
