The Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office ensured the actual enforcement of the court decision by terminating the land lease agreement and returning the land plot to the community.
The land in question is energy land with a total area of more than 26 hectares, located within the Novoyavoriv territorial community of Yavoriv district.
It was established that the company that leased the land did not pay rent for a year. In addition, according to the terms of the agreement, the defendant was supposed to build energy generating facilities on the land plot used. However, he did not even start construction.
Thus, these violations gave rise to a lawsuit filed by the Yavoriv District Prosecutor’s Office, which the court granted in full.
At present, the court decision has been actually enforced – the State Register of Real Property Rights has been updated with information on the termination of the lease of the above land plot.
