The Zolochiv District Prosecutor’s Office ensured the real implementation of the court’s decision – 4 plots of land owned by a foreigner were confiscated.
We are talking about agricultural land with a total area of almost 3 hectares. The latter are located on the territory of Brodivska Territorial Community.
It was established that a citizen of the Russian Federation inherited the above-mentioned land plots. Ignoring the requirements of the land legislation of Ukraine, he did not alienate the land during the year. Later, the husband leased them to an agricultural company, for which he received payment.
Thanks to the persistent position of the prosecutor’s office and the measures taken, the land plots were returned to state ownership, the relevant information was entered into the State Register of Real Property Rights.
