The Bussky District Court of the Lviv Region satisfied the claims of the Zolochiv District Prosecutor’s Office against two citizens of Ukraine for the return of an arbitrarily occupied land plot worth more than UAH 147 million.
It was established that local residents without legal documents arbitrarily used agricultural land with a total area of more than 37 hectares, sowing it with grain crops. At the same time, without concluding lease agreements and without paying rent for the use of the land plot.
The court ordered the defendants to return the plot to the disposal of the Buska Territorial Community and to pay more than UAH 100,000 in damages.
