The National Police of Ukraine reports mass bomb threat notifications across the country.
On January 30, starting from 09:30, various institutions began receiving notifications of building bomb threats via email. As of 12:10, the police received over 2000 such notifications in different regions including Vinnytsia, Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Lviv, the city of Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi, and Chernihiv.
“Currently, almost 30% of the reports have already been processed. The information was not confirmed at these sites,” – stated the National Police. Inspections of other sites are ongoing.
