The Lviv District Administrative Court satisfied the lawsuit of the prosecutors of the Stryi District Prosecutor’s Office, recognized the illegal inaction of the balance keeper of the storage facility and ordered to take measures to restore it to its proper condition.
Prosecutors found that despite the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine, on the territory of the Mykolaiv Territorial Community, one of the State Vocational and Technical Educational Institutions, which is the balance-keeper, did not ensure that the protective structure, intended for the shelter of 300 people, was brought into a ready-to-use condition.
The court confirmed the validity of the prosecutor’s demands about the need for the defendant to bring protective structures into readiness in order to ensure adequate protection of life and health of people, primarily students of the educational institution.
