The driver of “Renault Duster” died as a result of an accident in the Lviv region – the police are establishing the circumstances
The traffic accident occurred on August 20 at 7:20 a.m. in the village of Mizhenets, Sambir district.
As previously determined by the law enforcement officers, the driver of the Renault Duster car, a 46-year-old resident of one of the villages of the district, lost control of the vehicle and drove off the road, where it collided with a tree. As a result of the accident, the driver died of his injuries at the scene.
According to the fact, the investigators of the Sambir district police department opened criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The police are establishing the circumstances of the incident.
