In the village of Yalynkuvate in the Stryi District, a road accident occurred that injured a 17-year-old motorcyclist. The event took place on 10th May at around 1:45 am.
According to preliminary information, the driver of the Lifan SR220-4V motorcycle, a 17-year-old local resident, lost control of the vehicle and veered off the road, overturning into a river. As a result of the fall, the young man sustained physical injuries and was hospitalised.
Based on this incident, investigators from Police Station No. 3 of the Stryi District Police Department have initiated a criminal case under Article 286, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, addressing violations of road safety regulations. Investigators are continuing to investigate to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
