A 20-year-old driver without a license was stopped for violating traffic rules.
On General Chuprynka Street, patrol officers stopped a VAZ 2106 driven by a young man. During the check, he showed signs of alcohol intoxication. The result of the test on the Drager device indicated 1.40 per mille. The driver also had no right to drive the vehicle.
A combined decree was issued against the offender under part 2 of article 126 and protocol under part 1 of article 130 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. While processing the documents, he repeatedly offered a reward to avoid responsibility. He was warned about criminal responsibility.
After the materials were prepared, the man attempted to bribe the police officers by placing money in the service vehicle. An investigative team was called to the scene. Now he faces criminal liability.
