The Frankivsk District Prosecutor’s Office of Lviv supported the accusations against a Lviv resident on the fact of illegal sale of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in especially large amounts (parts 2, 3 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The court found him guilty and sentenced him to 9 years in prison with confiscation of property.
The prosecutor proved in court that the citizen illegally sold the drugs subitex and cannabis in one of the districts of Lviv. In addition, at the place of his residence and in the car, the defendant kept a large amount of these drugs for further sale.
