Patrols continue to detect parking violations in spaces designated for people with disabilities.
We remind you that drivers with disabilities or those transporting persons with disabilities have the right to stop, stand, or park their vehicles in specially designated parking spaces.
Drivers, remember! There is a penalty for violating stop or parking rules in such places: under part 6 of Article 122 (Stopping or parking in spaces for drivers with disabilities or those transporting persons with disabilities, as well as the unauthorized use of the ‘Driver with disability’ sign on their vehicle) of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Under part 6 of Article 152-1 (Parking vehicles in spaces designated for drivers with disabilities or those transporting persons with disabilities) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
Administrative liability for such violations is a fine ranging from 1020 to 1700 UAH.
