At the request of the prosecutor of the Galician district prosecutor’s office of the city of Lviv, the property of the company, whose ultimate beneficiaries are citizens of the Russian Federation, was arrested and handed over to ARMA. We are talking about non-residential premises located on one of the central streets of Lviv worth UAH 3.8 million.
According to the investigation, the company illegally took possession of a two-story building with a total area of about 160 square meters. m. For this, the representatives of the business entity entered into a conspiracy with a local resident, who, using a forged court decision, took ownership of the mentioned real estate object. After that, the latter made a number of transactions with the property in order to transfer it to the ownership of the company.
With regard to the activities of the officials of the said company and the resident of Lviv, under the procedural guidance of the prosecutors, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted on the facts of fraud, legalization of property obtained through crime and forgery of documents (Part 4 of Article 190, Part 2 of Article 209, Part 3 of Article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Currently, the resident of Lviv has already been notified of the suspicion of committing crimes, and the materials related to the other persons involved have been allocated to a separate proceeding.
The pre-trial investigation is carried out by the investigators of the Lviv District Police Department No. 1 of the Main Department of the National Police of the region, based on the materials of the Strategic Investigations Department in the Lviv Region of the SSR of the National Police of Ukraine.
