In the Yavoriv district, in the village of Pidluby, a road traffic accident occurred: a 10-year-old quad bike rider of a Common Scorpion 200 collided with a pedestrian — a 39-year-old resident of the same village. Currently, the pedestrian has been taken to hospital with bodily injuries.
The police are working at the scene to determine all the circumstances of the incident. A criminal case has been opened under part 1 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for a restriction of liberty for up to three years with a prohibition on driving vehicles for the same period.
