Police officers assisted a man who suffered burns during a fire.
Recently, police officers Diana Kharatyan and Arthur Petruk responded to a report of a fire in a residential building on Meretyna Street, where firefighters had just started extinguishing the flames. At the scene, they found a resident of the apartment where the fire had started. The man had suffered burns because he had tried to extinguish the fire himself.
The patrol officers wrapped him in an emergency blanket, took care of his belongings, contacted the 65-year-old man’s son, and informed him about the incident. The partners comforted the victim until the medics arrived and monitored his condition. Later, the man was hospitalized.
