In the past 24 hours, on August 18, Lviv region police responded to 1437 calls from citizens.
All reports were processed, law enforcement officers responded to the calls and provided necessary assistance. “The police thank citizens for their vigilance and remind: if you notice suspicious persons or discover a potentially explosive item, call the operational line 102 – Lviv region police are ready to respond immediately”, the statement said.
Law enforcement also urges citizens not to ignore air raid alerts. When you hear the siren, stay calm and go to the shelter. Be responsible for your life and the lives of your loved ones!
